Training programs
New Employees:
Traffic Control Victoria now offers BBC Traffic (Basic Bat Compliance) Traffic Training for new employees, starting in the industry. We want to ensure that everyone feels safe and has the right tools from day one.
Ongoing Training:
The key to a safe and happy workforce is ongoing training, mentoring and support for our team. We offer training for all staff including Compliance, Site Safety, Conflict Resolution, Customer Service, Traffic Control Refreshers and Controller to Team Leader Training.
On going training not only gives everyone a chance to stay on top of safety and customer requirements, but it also provides staff with a career progression opportunity within the industry.
